The Toyota division recorded September sales of 171,469 vehicles, up 7.9% on a volume basis and 3.6% on a DSR basis year over year. For the third quarter, sales totaled 540,167 vehicles, up 0.5% year over year on both volume and DSR basis.
Meanwhile, the Lexus division sold 29,837 vehicles in September, marking an 11.4% increase year over year on a volume basis and a 6.9% rise on a DSR basis. For the third quarter, Lexus sales reached 93,056 vehicles, up 1.6% year over year on both a volume and DSR basis.
